That is up to you. Removing the brown leaves will not hurt the plant and makes the plant look tidier. But if you don’t have time to do s now, you don’t have to remove them now.
It is recommended that you remove the dead, brown foliage in the fall though to help keep disease and pests from having a place to over winter.
