Is there special care for calla lilies to cut and use in arrangements?

Cut the bottom of the stems with a clean and sharp knife at a 45 degree angle.
Place the stems in a cool water vase with floral preservative added. The depth of the water should be about 3" deep to prevent the stems from deteriorating.
The flowers drink a lot of water so add water daily and change every couple of days. If the stems began to split, recut them.

The Calla Lily flowers can bruise easily so handle them carefully.
