Q.Caladium Miss Muffet Help Please

My daughter brought me this beautiful house plant for my birthday and my son moved back home with a kitten,which grossly peed in it and literally ruined it down to the bulbs.There aren’t even any roots on them but the bulbs I see havnt shrivelled up as yet,is there any chance of them surviving and what’s your best advice please.id be so grateful.i don’t want to give up on them…if possible!!

There isn't, really, anything that you can do to speed up its recovery, other than to repot it into fresh soil. Unfortunately, unless you can keep it from happening again, it will not likely survive. Cat urine will be too nitrogen rich, causing immediate burning of the plant.
