Cactus fell out of window

I had my barrel cactus in the window today, and the cat decided to knock it over. It fell about 3 feet right on its top, now there is a little mark that seems to be getting darker. Is he going to survive??

The damage will usually heal its self over. If you can send in a photo, this will help me to see what the damage is.
