Q.Cactus, Blooming, Isn’t Blooming Correctly?

My cactus, I had bought awhile ago, started blooming recently and then some of the buds were what seemed like filling with water and pinching around the top. I am new to gardening and love my flowers, however I do not know what to do, or even what my cactus is. Please help! P.S. I accidentally Nocked a bud off.
