Beans do best in soil that has been inoculated. This article will explain more on that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/beans/soil-inoculants.htm [1]
Beyond that, I would recommend a balanced fertilizer for beans. If you have lots of foliage growth, it may have too much nitrogen as these plants produce nitrogen on their own. If you have blossoms but no pods, this article may help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/beans/bean-blossoms-no-pods.htm [2]
