Q.Bush Turning Brown
Big round bush certain branches have fungus looking stuff on branches also parts of bush are turning brown, is it dying or can I use something in soil to bring it back?

It does appear to be dying, but not from the lichens on the branches. These are signs of a weak or dying tree but only because they are taking advantage of the decay that is already caused by something else.
Many bacterial and fugal infections can cause these symptoms, however. Pinning down what it is will be difficult without the help of your extension service.

Maintenance to prolong its death will consist of fungicides and good sanitary practice. It will be a good idea to keep all dead debris away from the tree, as well as pruned from the tree itself. Doing these will help prolong its life, at the very least.
