Q.Bush Lily Root Rot.,

Please help me save my bush lily. My sister in law gave it to me 2 yrs ago. She passed away last year and I have got to save my plant. ? I don’t know why all the sudden I started watering it so much? I removed it from pot, removed all the rotted root, allowed to dry about an hour then repotted in new soil, but did not water it. I don’t know when or if I need to water it. I have to save Lisa’s plant. Do I water after repotting? All roots gone except the bulb. Can it be saved?

I would wait to water it since you thought it was overwatered. Wait till the foliage wilts a little, then continue to water. Here are care instructions:
