Bush Doctor, What Is The Name Of The Shrub (hedgerow Bushes) Of Which I Sent You Pictures?

Bush Doctor, I sent you pictures of my hedgerow bushes that have been infested with some type of pest (probably a fungus). You answered back that I should contact my local Extension Office for additional help. I forgot to ask what the name of the shrub is. Do you know? Thanks !

Unfortunately, it resembles many shrubs. I don't see any flowers or descript features that would point to anything right off the bat. Your local extension service may be able to help more with that, as well, being able to smell, feel, and see more features than with photos, alone.
