Burnt leaves on Hibiscus

I have a customer that suddenly got aphids on her hibiscus tree. She used the remedy of oil, water and soap; however, I believe she put it in the sun and burnt it. Is there any way this plant will come back or is it finished?

You can nurse it back to health, but the question is does she want to put the time and effort into it? This article will explain how to nurse a plant back to health, but it is a long road and the plant will not look during that time. Most people choose to just start over.
