Q.Burning Bushes

Why don’t our burning bushes get red all over? Not really as red as I see on others. I was wondering if it is because there is less sun where they are planted?

I think you are right on the mark. They need full sun to be able to get their brilliant red color. It also helps if the temperatures are a little cooler as well. Here is an article that will give you some more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/tgen/keeping-red-trees-red.htm
