Burning Bush Not Changing Color in the Fall

sjbuckin added on September 28, 2014 | Answered

The burning bush receives morning and afternoon sunlight. We have never used fertilizer on it. After first planting, the rabbits enjoyed the new treat. We placed a fence around the bush. It has never changed color, a pink if anything. Unsure of what to do. Thanks for your time.

My guess is that it doesn't have enough sun. Full sun means sun all day. This article has some more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/burning-bush/burning-bush-care.htm
