Q.Burning bush
Not all of the burning bush branches leafed out this year, probably due to drought. Should the bare branches be pruned or leave until next spring?

Yes, you can remove the bare branches, since this will encourage the bush to produce new growth, and those branches may be dead anyway. You can remove those branches now or in the winter or spring.
