You can plant the Tiger Lily at, just about, any time. The best time is during dormancy, so you will want to get that in before it starts to grow.

The same goes for Cannas. You will plant them any time that they are dormant:

Your Glads will be just a little different. They will need to be planted when there is no more chance of frost.
