Bulbs

I just purchased several packages of spring and summer bulbs for very cheap dollars. It is now snowing here in New Hampshire and obviously too late to plant them. My question is can I plant these in the spring? I don’t care that they won’t bloom first year; I just want to know if I can get them in the ground then or if I should wait until next fall. The bulbs are dormant now of course and I’m wondering if they will stay dormant through the winter. Many thanks
