Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have swarms of an unidentified bug hanging on the underside of my tree branches. The bug, or at least the carcus, looks like a tiny golden brown armadillo. Can you tell me what this could possibly be? Illinois area.

Your area is not due for them until next year, but pockets of “early birds” can exist.
