Q.Bugs On Some Plants

Zone Delray Beach, FL | Harvey Lipman added on May 11, 2023 | Answered

I have a container garden on my patio that I started this year and the plants are not doing well. One tomato plant is growing lots of tomatoes now and one has had one tomato and two have had lots of yellow buds that dry up and fall off. Now I see these tiny bugs and a nest on the leaves of my 3 pepper plants that are not producing peppers. The bugs are not on the tomato plants or the string bean plant but only on the pepper plants (see pictures). What can be done about these?
