1) a brown bug about one inch long with two hairs on his face similar to a slog. It’s similar to a blood sucker. It attaches to the plant with his underside.
2) a green bug about two inches long and bites the leaves. It actually eats the leaves.

I am not sure which bugs they are. I would recommend sending a pic of them to http://www.whatsthatbug.com/ [1] for identification.
But I do know that sucking and chewing insects can be treated with neem oil. It is organic and food safe, but very effective on pests that damage plants.
