Wondering what this bug I found on my rose bloom is. HELP! Should I use seven dust?

It is hard to tell what you have! It might be a rose leaf beetle. Before employing an insecticide, make sure you have the correct ID and there are enough of the invaders to warrant its use. There are many beneficial insects that visit our plants too.
