Bug on avocado tree

I recently got an avocado tree from walmart and I noticed this bug on the leave of my tree.
What kind of bug is this on my avocado tree? How do I protect & treat my new tree?

I believe this is a Lace Bug.

Treat the plant with Neem Oil and isolate the plant from any other plants you have until you are sure your plant is pest free.
