Q.Budding yellow flowers at top
Our ponytail palm tree outdoors is sprouting flowery yellow plant growths at the top. Is this good or bad and should we do anything?

It is good and completely normal. Those are the flowers of the ponytail palm, which usually are produced on the older trees.
