Brussels sprouts

I ordered Brussels sprout seeds and I don’t think these are. Could someone tell me what these are?

I would agree that is is not Brussel Sprouts.
I appears to me to be some sort of leafy green. The yellow little flowers seem to be the plants bolting and going to seed. A reputable garden center should replace the seeds.
