Brussels sprouts

Can you grow brussels sprouts from an existing plant or sprout instead of buying seeds? My plants have survived the winter but will my crop still taste good or can I produce new plants from the crop? And how? Thanks in advance.

Most gardeners treat Brussel sprouts as an annual crop, removing the plant after harvesting.
You can harvest individual sprouts, starting from the bottom and working your way up the plant.
In cool weather the plant will produce quite some time, even up into the winter months.
When the plant is spent, it can then be pulled up and removed.
You should start new plants again this spring.
