Can brussels sprouts withstand a hard freeze? Mine are still maturing and I’d like to wait a couple more weeks. We’re having some night temps fall to 31 degrees or below.

According to this website (http://www.harvesttotable.com/2009/01/how_to_grow_brussels_sprouts/) brussel sprouts "can tolerate temperatures as low as 20°F but prolonged cold, lack of moisture and too much heat will cause Brussels sprouts to bolt and go directly to seed."
