Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI just bought this flower, but I am not sure the best place to plant it. My front yard (which is where I would like to have it) gets full sun. So I was told that it needs to have shade in the afternoon. Also, the person that I bought it from said that it has been in a greenhouse before she selling it. I live in Southern California, Irvine. My zip is 92603. We are close to Newport Beach, maybe 15 min
by car. So I did put my plant out yesterday where it gets morning sun and shade in the afternoon, but I know that I have to plant it. I love the flowers, but I do not have so much knowledge about gardening nor the area knowledge of my area. Can you please help me? I do not want my plant to die!
Thank you so much,
Gloria A. Motoshige

The information given to you on light preferences are correct.
A dappled sunshine area will also work for this plant.
Here is an article to refresh you on the care requirements.
