Mine is potted, outside (in warm weather)on east facing porch, regularly watered and fertilized. It has never bloomed. Is there something specific that I can do to encourage it to bloom?

It may be that your brugmansia is either too small or too young to flower. Also, different varieties have different temperature preferences for flowering. Do you know what variety you have?
