Browning of Leaves

My leaves of indoor plant are browning and I think there is webbing on the leaves like the spider webs. The leaves of the plant are falling down. What do you think it is? How should I treat and for how long? We even replace the soil but it is still there.

Generally, browning of leaves is a stress-related issue. This article should help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/what-causes-brown-edges-on-leaves-of-plant.htm [1] The webbing may be an indication of spider mites, which can be treated with neem oil.
