Brown Tips on Peace Lily

While there is plenty of information on how to avoid it and why there are brown tips on plants, my question is: If your plant is showing brown tips, how do you remove them? Do you trim the brown away? Do you remove all the leaves with brown tips (this would probably leave very few leaves on the plant)?
