Q.Brown spots fig tree leaves

I have a fig tree in my house and the leaves are developing brown spots. What is this condition indicating, and what is my best course of action?

This could be a fungus.
Make sure the soil is not to wet, soggy soil can cause root rot. The first inch or so should dry before watering again.
You can treat with Neem Oil, as this act as both an insecticide and fungicide.
