Brown spots on apricots

I have two Apricot trees, and they both produce fruit. However, they have some brown spots on the furit. Is that something not good or are they not ripe yet or too ripe? Thanks.

If they feel ripe, they are ripe. The brown spots may just be a bit of fungus. The fungus will not hurt you, but you may want to start a regimen of fungicide spray for next year to prevent these blemishes.
