brown spots on hibiscus

What can I use to get rid of brown spots on the leaves of my outdoor hibiscus plant? I just bought it from a nursery but it was the last one in the burgundy color that I wanted. It already had the brown spots on the leaves when I bought it. Some of the leaves are also turning yellow then they fall off. Should I take the plant back? Thanks for your help!!!
