Brown spot on the head of my moon cactus

My red moon cactus is getting a dark brown spot on it’s head. What should.i do? It is next to three other ones that look ok. Let me know if I should remove the red to protect the other cacti and succulents in terrainum.

Once signs of fungus appear on Cactus it may be to late to stop or save them.
