Brown Patch

Question

I only have one ring as I type this email, but I am fearful of it spreading (brown circle with green center). I also am seeing some of the lawn have a reddish tint to the ends of the blades in the lawn. What type of chemical would I be advised to use? I have palisade zoysia in place and have applied fertilizer and lime within the past couple of weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
