Brown Leaves On My Tree

Question

I moved into a new divsion and have been living there for a year now. Our home is new (a year old). Two trees were planted in the front yard, which is typical for new homes that are built in this area. About a couple of weeks of ago, the trees started having brown leaves. Our neighbors around us don’t have brown leaves on their trees. I water my yard and trees at least every other day. I am concerned that my trees may be showing signs of dying. They are probably 3 or 4 years old. Do you have any suggestions or answers that may help?
