Brown leaves on bottom of Montack Daisy

The bottom of my Montack Daisies are turning brown. Is there anything that I can do or is this normal?

The bottom leaves could be just aging leaves or turning brown due to watering issues, or fungus.

Check to make sure the soil is not soggy.

If the browning leaves spread treat as a fungus. Neem Oil is a good treatment.
