Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI’m located in central Florida and my fig tree foliage is suffering! We get almost daily rain. I tried moving it around the yard, I’ve treated it with neem oil but the problem is getting worse. If anyone can identify what is wrong I would appreciate it. Once I know what is wrong, I can stick with a treatment and keep my tree happy.

I do think this is Fig Rust. A fungicide with Copper sulphate and lime is helpful. You should remove the diseased leaves.
