Brown Areas In Zoysia Grass

Question

It’s been relatively dry in our area in North Carolina. But as of late we have been getting afternoon thunderstorms with lots of rain. I started noticing brown spots in my yard but in all different places. What could be causing these brown spots a fungus? Animals urinating on my grass? Attached is a photo of my yard.
