Bromeliad pups

Hi,
My bromeliad is delevoping a pup just next to the cup of the mother plant. Do you have any tips on how to harvest it when it’s ready?
Thanks,
Tasha

It is best to wait until the parent plant is almost fully dead to harvest any of the pups. This will ensure that they flower earlier than if you were to take them off now.
