Broccoli

I set out 6 young plants of Broccoli. One is starting to bolt and produce yellow flowers. Can it still be saved? If so, what do I do? Also, do I need to blanch these by wrapping the leaves over the head?

Unfortunately, once broccoli bolts, it quickly becomes inedible. This article will help you with planting it in the future:

Broccoli does not require blanching.
