Broccoli

We just got a flat of broccoli plants. Some of them already have a button size broccoli in the middle of the plant. Should we leave it on?

These are likely to bolt very quickly. I would not remove the head, as this will prevent them from forming a good head later on, but I would make double sure the soil you plant them in stays cool so they do not bolt.
