Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI wintered my hibiscus in the garage and all of the leaves fell off. I now have it in the house and have been watering when dry to the touch. Nothing has come back yet. I just repotted it to loosen the roots and dirt. Is it dead, and how can I tell if it will come back?

If the branches bend instead of break, then they are still alive and will leaf back out. This article will help you as well:
