Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI found these white fluffy tiny blobs all over the new growth (only) on my boxwoods today. They were sticky on the finger if i wiped them off. Im thinking white flys but wanted your opinion. I sprayed with the hose and most all fell off. There was a white residue on the ground afterwards. Please advise.
Thanks
jason
