Box Vegetable Gardens

I’m a boyscout working on my eagle scout project. I will be constructing six box gardens on the third floor on a large balcony in downtown Dallas, Texas. The boxes are going to be four feet wide by six feet long by one foot tall. I was wondering what the estimated cost would be for this project? How much for soil, wood, and fertilizer or mulch?
