Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have found ‘hummingbird moth’ on my bougainvillea, as well a fine cob webs with small white critters caught in them. Have sprayed with insect treatment, but cob webs came right back. Leaves have small holes in them, some starting to turn yellow. What can I do?

Due to the presence of webbing, I would evaluate your plant for spider mites. More information on spider mites can be found here: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/insects/spider-mite-treatment.htm [1]
The eaten leaves could suggest another pest – the Bougainvillea Looper: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/bougainvillea/bougainvillea-loopers.htm [2]
