bottlebrush trees

I have 3 of these and two look completely dead with brown leaves and the third one is getting
worse every day. Only a few branches are green. Should I cut them down and get rid of them
or is there anything I can do to revive them?

Bottle Brush Trees can die from root rot, stem disease, and Leaf Spot.
