Bottle brush Tree

Question

We’ve experience of growing bottlebrush in S Africa but have failed in the uk We’re base near Boston , Lincs in a house alongside farmland and a drainage ditch . Sun and also shade are possible . Please advise – how can we succeed in growing this tree ?
