Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe whole bush is all brown limbs and leaves but there is green coming up from right below the soil!!! Should I cut the whole bush down and just let the green new growth continue to grow!!! I have two and they’re both doing the same thing!!! Help!!!!

If it has been excessively cold, then this will be the best option. At least to cut it back until you see living tissue. This can help to regenerate the bush after a hard frost.
