Is the Bordeaux mixture safe on tomato and pepper plants to treat for Anthracose?

No, this is not a fungicide treatment that would be effective on Anthracnose Fungus.
If you Tomatoes and Peppers are indeed infected with Anthracnose, you should dispose of the plants.
