Bok Choy

One of my Bok Choy plants has little yellow bud looking things growing out from the middle of the stalk. Does this mean it is going to seed? If not, do you know what it is? Thanks.

Unfortunately, it means that the plant is bolting and will probably not be very tasty anymore. Bok Choy and other crops like it need to be harvested before they bolt.
