Blueberry fertilizing

I need to know how much fertilizer to use in a gallon pot of blueberry plant.

If your young Blueberry plant is in a 1 gallon pot apply about 1.5 ounces of 13-6-6 slow release fertilizer applied 4 times a year.
Apply evenly in a circle.
